- In-house digital subject matter expert:
- Consults with leadership on digital marketing, web analytics, and web development needs within the creative agency. Creates reporting and presents metrics to leadership. Leverages web development experience to partner with UX and engineering teams to consult on new projects, troubleshooting new process issues and partnering with team leads to develop documentation for more efficient processes and workflows.
- Digital automation:
- Regularly partners with operations and marketing to lead and solve for major process improvements and inefficiencies. Concepted, developed, implemented, and maintains an email notification system via API to streamline project intake for in-house agency, freeing up nearly 70 hours per week for the marketing team. - Partnered with software engineering, UX design, and product teams on the strategic rebranding of community platform, Gartner Peer Connect. - Product marketing:
- Led development of marketing materials and templates, website user experience, and video tutorials for Gartner Flex Reprint Manager and helped the product team achieve their GTM timeline and goals.
